Troubleshooting a BMW G20 M340i

Came in for a check engine, turned into a course in deep, investigative detective work. This brand new Bimmer was previously involved in an accident from the rear and was brought to us from a body shop.

Our online ISTA assisted us in finding part of the problem…damaged wiring and pressure sensor in active charcoal canister. As it turned out, that short ended up damaging the DME as well. Crazy how things happen sometimes.
